Sterling silver will naturally oxidize due to the exposure of common day wear including the oils of your skin, soaps, moisturisers, humidity and sunlight. When not in use it is best to keep your jewellery safe from moisture and out of sunlight.

The simplest way to polish your silver is with an anti-tarnish polishing cloth or using a mix of boiling water, baking soda and vinegar with a soft cloth.
